Insane! Could YOU keep up to how these top tier skiers are training?

When we think of athletic training, it’s easy to think in yesterday’s terms.

Running laps.

Swimming laps.

Lifting weights.

Conditioning equipment.

Maybe throwing a medicine ball around.

You DON’T necessarily think of the sort of training that would turn somebody into an acrobat.

This guy just did a routine that covered the length and breadth of the gym, without his feet once touching the floor.

Running, jumping, balancing, climbing.


Pretty sure our team is matching effort.

Well, at least we HOPE so.
