Marlin Fishing: 350 Pounder Jumps In The Boat

Published on

Anglers from Clearwater aboard the Marlin Darlin did hand-to-fin combat with a 350-pound marlin that jumped into their boat while they were fishing in waters near the coast of Dominican Republic, reports the Tampa Bay Times in St. Petersburg.

The Captain usually releases any billfish caught. But this marlin was so badly injured that he gave it to local fisherman, according to the report.
